Quorum

At least 20% of voting members, including at least 50% of [Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Organization Chair, and Policy Chair] members, must be present in person or electronically for a meeting to be called to order or to continue.

Vacated Roles

An elected member of the Executive Committee who is absent from three consecutive meetings without a valid reason is considered to have resigned their position. If there is a vacancy in the office of the Chair, the Vice-Chair must assume the office of the Chair, and the office of the Vice-Chair will be vacated.

The committee may appoint Registered Liberals to vacant elected, and appointed roles by resolution on a majority vote.
